What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. There is no account system, no login, and no purchase on this site.

• Estimate request forms. Your name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, project type, services required, project size, timeline, occupancy status, your project description, your preferred contact method and best time to contact, and any photographs you choose to attach.
• Direct contact. Anything you include when you call, text or email us.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. We do not use these logs to identify individuals.

What we do with it

• Prepare your estimate and contact you about it.
• Schedule and carry out the work if you go ahead.
• Keep records of work performed, as required for our business.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking. We do not share your details with other contractors or lead-generation services.

Who we share it with

Only where it is necessary to do the work you asked for: our form delivery provider, which transmits the completed form to us; our email provider; and, where a project requires it, suppliers or specialist trades directly involved in your project. Each receives only what they need.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or profiling cookies, and it does not load third-party tracking scripts by default. The site includes conversion-event instrumentation which sends anonymous interaction events (such as “an estimate button was clicked”) to an analytics tool if one is connected. Those events do not contain your name, phone number or email address.

If an analytics or advertising tool is added in future, this section will be updated before it goes live.

Photographs of your property

Photographs you send with an estimate request are used to prepare that estimate. We photograph our own completed work for our portfolio; if we would like to publish photographs of your project, we will ask you first, and we do not publish addresses or identifying details of private homes without permission.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests that do not become projects are kept only as long as we have a reasonable business need for them. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as required for our business, tax and insurance purposes.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number and ask to be contacted by text, we will use it to arrange your walkthrough and discuss your project. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your enquiry, where we do not need to keep it for legal or business record purposes.
• Ask us to stop contacting you, at any time.

To do any of these, contact us on 480-797-0842 or jonathan@lobosfinefinishes.com.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal information such as financial account details through the website.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
