Fine Finishes

Northeast Valley · Arizona
Paradise Valley is estate work, and the standard is different. Large custom homes, architect and designer involvement, finish schedules that specify products by name, and surfaces that will be inspected in raking light by someone who chose them deliberately.
This is where most of our fine-finish work sits: Venetian and troweled plaster, glazes, sprayed lacquer on millwork and cabinetry, feature ceilings, alongside full estate exterior repaints.

Painting in Paradise Valley
Housing stock, exposure and community rules differ meaningfully across the Valley, and they change how a job gets scoped. Here’s what shapes the work in this city.
No specialty finish goes on a wall in this market without sample boards viewed in the actual room, in its own light, at the time of day the room is used. Desert light changes how a troweled or glazed finish reads more than any other variable.
We take work from an interior designer's schedule or a builder's programme and keep the finish consistent everywhere it appears in the project, including on millwork fabricated off site.
Most of this work happens in a home that is lived in. Contained work zones, protected floors and furnishings, controlled access, and a crew that leaves the property clean each evening.
Camelback and Mummy Mountain properties bring hillside access, tall elevations, extensive stone and iron transitions and long masonry walls. Those are staging and hand-work jobs, and the estimate says so up front.
Not on the list? We cover Paradise Valleyas a whole. These are simply the areas we’re asked for most often.
Services
Ordered by what we actually get asked for here. Every other service we offer is available in Paradise Valley too.

Doors numbered, removed and sprayed flat for an even finish. A kitchen transformation without new boxes.

Walls, ceilings, crown, baseboards and doors, masked properly, cut clean, and cleaned up the same day.

Stucco, block, siding, fascia and garage doors, washed, patched and primed before a drop of colour goes on.

Doors, decks, beams, railings and iron stripped back and refinished, with topcoats chosen for sun exposure.

Interior and exterior painting for occupied Valley homes, with the protection and daily clean-up that living in the house requires.

Lime and marble dust built in thin coats, then burnished until the wall reads as stone rather than paint.

Venetian lime plaster left at a suede sheen rather than a polish. Stone-like depth without the mirror.

Moroccan lime plaster burnished with stone and sealed with olive soap. Waterproof without a film, seamless around every curve.
Our work
We haven't published a Paradise Valley case study yet. Rather than relabel a job from another city, here is comparable work from elsewhere in the metro on the same property types and surfaces.

Questions
Yes. Venetian and troweled plaster, glazes, metallics, faux finishes and sprayed lacquer on millwork. Every one of them starts with sample boards viewed in the actual room before anything goes on a wall.
Yes, and it is how most of this work runs. We quote and execute to the finish schedule and coordinate sequencing with the other trades.
It is phased. We work in contained zones with protected floors and furnishings so the rest of the house stays usable, and we agree the sequence with you before the first day.
Yes. Cabinetry and millwork are sprayed, which is the only way to get a factory-grade finish. Doors and drawer fronts are removed and finished properly rather than coated in place.
