Do you actually come out to Goodyear, or is it too far west?
We come out. Goodyear is a regular part of our West Valley work, not an exception we make. There is no mobilisation surcharge for being on the west side of the Valley.
My Goodyear home still has its original builder paint. What does that change?
It usually means real preparation rather than a straightforward recoat: crack repair across the sun-facing elevations, and resealing of control joints, window perimeters and penetrations that have not been touched since the house was built.
That work is itemised separately in the estimate so you can see what is repair and what is coating.
