Interior Painting
Interior painting is judged on the edges. Where the wall meets the ceiling, where the baseboard meets the floor, where the door casing meets the wall. That is where a rushed job shows, and it is where most of our hours go.
We paint interiors across Phoenix and the Valley in occupied homes and offices: full repaints, single rooms, ceilings, crown and base, doors and casings, accent walls and applied moulding, plus the drywall repair and texture matching that has to happen first.

What’s included
Every item below appears as a line on your written estimate, so you can compare our scope against any other bid without guessing what each one covers.
Furniture moved and wrapped, floors papered, vents and fixtures masked, doorways sealed so dust stays where the work is.
Cracks, nail pops, anchor holes and water damage patched, then textured to match knockdown, orange peel or hand-troweled walls before priming.
Baseboard, casing, crown and doors sanded, filled and finished. Ceilings cut in or sprayed depending on the room.
Edges cut in by hand where the surfaces meet, gaps caulked before finish rather than filled with paint afterwards.
Flat or matte where you want the wall to disappear, eggshell and satin where it has to be wipeable, semi-gloss on trim and wet areas.
The work zone is swept and staged at the end of each day so you can live in the rest of the house.
Preparation
This sequence is most of the hours on a interior painting job, and it is the part that decides whether the finish still looks right in year five. It is also the part that gets skipped by the cheapest bid you receive.

Surfaces & systems
Coating systems are specified per surface and per exposure and stated in your estimate. We don’t publish performance figures for products we haven’t independently tested.
Who we do this for
Arizona conditions
A specification that works in a mild climate is not automatically right here. These are the local conditions that change how we scope and schedule this work.
South- and west-facing rooms in the Valley get intense light through the day, which flattens some colours and pushes warm tones. Testing a sample on the actual wall matters more here than a chip under a store light.
Most Valley homes have knockdown or orange-peel walls. A flat patch on a textured wall is visible from across the room, so the texture match is part of the repair.
Low humidity can make a coating feel dry quickly. We work to the product's recoat and cure guidance rather than to how the wall feels.
Sanding drywall in a closed house spreads fast. Doorways get sealed and the work area gets its own containment.

Questions
Anything not covered here, ask on the walkthrough. We’d rather over-explain than surprise you.
Yes. Ceilings, walls, crown, baseboards, casings and doors can all be included, and it is usually worth doing them together, because a fresh wall makes a dated ceiling obvious.
We take single-room work. A single interior room is usually a one-day job. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth bundling with anything else while we're on site.
As a rule of thumb: flat or matte on ceilings and low-traffic walls, eggshell or satin in living areas and hallways that need to be wipeable, semi-gloss on trim, doors, bathrooms and laundry.
We'll walk through it room by room on the estimate. The right answer depends on the light and how the room is used.
Furniture is moved to the centre of the room and wrapped in plastic; electronics are unplugged and covered or moved out of the room entirely at your preference. Wall-mounted TVs come off the bracket if the wall behind them is being painted.
Modern interior coatings are much lower in odour than they used to be, and we ventilate the work area while we work. Most clients stay in the home throughout an interior repaint.
