1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by LOBOS Fine Finishes, 3432 W Elm Street, Phoenix, AZ, an Arizona-licensed contractor operating under AZ ROC #364076. Using this site means you accept these terms.

2. Information on this site

We publish this site in good faith and take care to keep it accurate. Descriptions of services, preparation methods, materials, timelines and Arizona conditions are general guidance, not a specification for your property. Nothing on this site is a warranty, a professional opinion about your building, or a substitute for an on-site assessment.

Any timescales mentioned, for example how long a room or an exterior typically takes, are typical ranges based on our experience and are not commitments. Your schedule is stated in your written estimate.

3. Estimates and quotations

• We do not price painting work over the phone or from photographs alone. Any figure discussed before a site walkthrough is an indication only.
• A binding price is set out in a written, itemised estimate issued after a walkthrough of the property.
• A written estimate is valid for the period stated on it, and covers only the scope described on it.
• Work outside that written scope, including conditions that could not reasonably be seen at the walkthrough, such as damage discovered behind a surface, is quoted separately and agreed before it is carried out.
• Submitting a form on this website is a request for an estimate. It does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed.

4. Project terms

The terms of any work we carry out, covering scope, price, schedule, payment terms, change orders, warranty and cancellation, are those set out in the written proposal you sign. Where anything on this website conflicts with that document, the signed proposal governs.

5. Licensing and insurance

Licensed, bonded and insured in Arizona under AZ ROC #364076. Our licence status is publicly verifiable through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. A certificate of insurance is provided with every written estimate and can be issued directly to your HOA or property management company on request.

6. Photography and project content

All photographs, project case studies, written content and design on this site are ours or used with permission, and may not be copied, republished or used to represent another business’s work.

Project case studies describe work we carried out. Photographs show the specific property described and are not composites or stock imagery presented as our work.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general information published on this website, as distinct from advice given to you directly about your specific property. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute relating to this website is subject to the courts of Arizona.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
